A 30-minute training review phone call with a Full Potential coach will allow them to assess your current fitness, injury problems, your goal and the best way forward. We will;
- Review your current fitness and your running experience.
- Provide you with a training plan to get you to the start line of your race in the best possible shape.
- Be on hand all the way through the plan to adjust and get you to that start line.

SOS Training Plan
Purhcase the plan via our online shop. You'll then get an email with a link to download our questionnaire. Fill that in and send it back to us.
Once we have your questionanire, one of our coaches will be in touch with your training plan within 3 days.
Your plan can be adjusted as you progress through the plan.
You'll also get a plenty of support from one of our coaches as you need via email to help navigate your training.
