Purchase the plan via our online shop. You'll then get an email with a link to download our questionnaire. Fill that in and send it back to us.
Once we have your questionanire, one of our coaches will be in touch with your training plan within 3 working days.
You can then contact us to go over any questions and advise of any diary amendments so that you're 100 pct happy at the start of your plan.
