Up to 16 weeks bespoke 10 Mile Training Plan, designed to get you to the start line of your race, injury free and as fit as possible. By following one of our plans, you'll train smart, be more likely to remain healthy and enjoy your running.

  • Purchase the plan via our online shop. You'll then get an email with a link to download our questionnaire. Fill that in and send it back to us.


    Once we have your questionanire, one of our coaches will be in touch with your training plan within 3 days.


    Your plan can be adjusted uo to the plan. You get a coach available via email to help navigate your training.
