Everything you need to know for marathon success in 2010!
We absolutely welcome runners of ALL and EVERY ability... it doesn't matter to us if you're just beginning your marathon training and can only run for 5 minutes or if you're an experienced runner and run all day long!
Our team of expert coaches will be on hand to ensure you learn everything you need to know to improve your training, run smart but ultimately run YOUR VERY BEST MARATHON on race day!
Join us for a weekend dedicated to endurance training ... we'll cover everything you need to know to ensure you run your very best race in 2010. We'll have workshops each day covering all aspects of marathon training and we'll also have practical sessions each day....
On Saturday will see us having a threshold training session and hill demonstration session; don't worry... we'll be splitting up into groups to ensure you run with others of your ability, speed and effort level.
On Sunday, we'll be heading out to the tracks and trails of the nearby Bracknell Forest for a long run, which can be anything in duration from 30 minutes to 120 minutes. Wherever you're at with your training, we'll ensure you run at the pace you need to run at, and for the distance and time you need to run for.
