Nick Anderson
Nick is a qualified level 4 UKA coach and holds many Health and Fitness qualifications as a graduate in Science and Management of Health and Fitness.
Nick has been running for more than 25 years and coaching for over 15. His life is running and helping others to achieve their goals. Nick uses his health and fitness background to bring a holistic approach to his coaching and presenting style.
He coaches all levels of runner from complete beginner to elite GB champions. Nick still runs every day and is often seen pacing athletes in their races. He is a GB Coach and former UK Head Coach for 5K, 10K, Cross Country and long endurance.
He has helped hundreds of runners to achieve their goals at all paces and speeds. Nick is the Runners World Distance Coach and also regularly features in Mens Health, Harpers Bizarre and Ultra Fit magazines.
